1. Introduction

These Terms of Business, along with our Privacy Policy and any other written information we have provided before confirming your booking, form the basis of your contract with Shore Travel Group Limited, trading as Shore Luxe Travel ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

---

2. Definitions

  • "You": The person making the booking and all individuals on whose behalf a booking is made.
  • "Supplier": The provider of the travel arrangements, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators.
  • "Travel Arrangements": The services we offer, such as accommodation, flights, transport, cruises, experiences, activities, and car hire.

---

3. Our Role

We act as an agent on behalf of the Supplier(s) of your Travel Arrangements. Your contract will be with the Supplier, and their terms and conditions will apply to your booking. We advise you to read these terms carefully as they contain important information about your booking.

---

4. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: By making a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.
  • Payment: A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, as specified during the booking process. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of any deposit paid.

---

5. Changes and Cancellations

  • By You: If you wish to change or cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. We will liaise with the Supplier on your behalf, but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Cancellation charges may apply as per the Supplier's terms.
  • By the Supplier: We will inform you as soon as possible if the Supplier needs to make a significant change to your booking. In such cases, you may have the option to accept the change, accept an alternative arrangement, or cancel with a full refund, depending on the Supplier's terms.

---

6. Liability

As your agent, our responsibility is to make travel arrangements on your behalf with the Supplier. We are not liable for the actual provision of the Travel Arrangements, which remain the responsibility of the Supplier. However, we will provide assistance in resolving any issues that may arise.

---

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.

---

8. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your party have valid passports, visas, and meet any health requirements for your travel destinations. We can provide general information but recommend checking with the relevant embassies and health authorities for the most current advice.

---

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about your Travel Arrangements, you should inform the Supplier's representative immediately to allow them the opportunity to resolve the issue. If the problem is not resolved locally, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist in seeking a satisfactory solution.

---

10. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
