Promotion Overview
This promotional offer is provided by Shore Luxe Travel and is valid for bookings made before 1st February 2025. Customers who book an eligible package holiday during this period will receive complimentary airport lounge access, subject to the terms outlined below:

1. Eligibility

• This offer applies exclusively to package holidays that include both flights and accommodation booked through Shore Luxe Travel.
• To qualify, the entire booking must be completed and confirmed on or before 31st January 2025.
• The promotion is not applicable to flight-only bookings, accommodation-only bookings, or other travel services not meeting the package holiday criteria.

2. Complimentary Airport Lounge Pass

• Eligible bookings will receive one complimentary airport lounge pass per passenger included in the booking.
• Lounge passes will be added to the booking at no additional cost.
• If the booked holiday already includes lounge access (e.g., through business or first-class flights), the complimentary lounge passes can be used for future bookings only.

3. Usage Restrictions

• Complimentary lounge passes cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another party.
• Lounge access is subject to availability and may vary depending on the chosen airport.
• Lounge passes provided for future bookings must be redeemed within 12 months of the original booking date.

4. Exclusions

• This offer is not valid for bookings made after 31st January 2025.
• Changes or cancellations to eligible bookings may result in forfeiture of the complimentary lounge access, depending on the nature of the changes and the terms of the booking.

5. Legal Compliance

• This offer complies with UK law, including the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
• Shore Luxe Travel reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, except where bookings have already been confirmed as eligible.

6. Customer Obligations

• Customers must provide all necessary details for booking and redemption of the lounge passes.
• Any misuse or fraudulent claims regarding this offer may result in disqualification from the promotion and potential cancellation of lounge passes.
